For anyone who happens to be stumbling around London the first week of February- this post is for you! My dear friend, and one half of TEAM CHAOS (I am the other half…) Magnus Reid, and his colleague Daniel Morgan (who’s worked with Heston Blumenthal don’t you know!) are opening a Pop up Restaurant in Shoreditch, East London running from the 2nd- 5th February.

Nine French Place is located in a converted warehouse with a dining space to hold a 25 person banquet table, making the whole dining experience a more sociable event.


That dining hall is amazing! AND they have just confirmed the menu which, looks a little something like this:



WELCOME COCKTAIL - 12 year old Tequila, Homemade Appletise, ginger, crushed sea fennel and beer beads

CANAPE’S - A trip too the childhood

AMOUSE- Roast shallot infused yogurt bubble and black garlic leather

STARTER- Cymatic Skate and sand, brandade and tomato mousse

ENTREE-Anatomical Pig, Compressed Apple, Pork Quaver and Crispy Shrimp OR braised crispy tofu, sand carrot’s, golden cross kromeski and parmesan quaver.(v)

DESSERT-Victorian Chamomile Assiette

PETIT FOURS-An Ecstasy Selection



Sounds absolutely mental- so you know it will be amazing. The first 2 nights are now sold out but you can still get tickets for the Friday and Saturday night, and read a bit more about this culinary delight here
